Threadrush provides tools that help users generate, manage, and deploy comments and content across supported platforms to increase visibility and reach.

We do not guarantee specific results, including engagement, reach, or revenue.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Comply with all applicable laws
Use the service ethically and responsibly
Avoid spam, harassment, or misleading behavior
Follow third-party platform rules
Not misuse or exploit the system

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use Threadrush to:

Send spam or deceptive content
Impersonate individuals or brands
Promote illegal or harmful activities
Manipulate platforms in violation of their terms
Distribute malicious, abusive, or misleading content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in such behavior.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Threadrush may generate or assist in generating content using automated systems.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all generated content before use
We do not guarantee accuracy, compliance, or appropriateness
You assume full responsibility for any consequences arising from content usage

6. Third-Party Platforms Disclaimer

Threadrush is not affiliated with or endorsed by platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or others.

Use of Threadrush may be subject to third-party platform rules. You are solely responsible for compliance.

We are not liable for:

Account suspensions
Content removals
Platform penalties

7. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

Keeping login credentials secure
All activity under your account
Reporting unauthorized access

8. Payments and Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance
Plans renew automatically
You may cancel anytime (effective next billing cycle)

9. Refund Policy

9.1 Free Trial

If offered, the free trial allows you to evaluate the service before subscribing.

9.2 Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable except:

Request within 7 days
Usage is insignificant

Insignificant Usage Definition

Usage must not exceed 15% of plan limits

Example: A 300-comment plan → up to ~20 comments = insignificant

9.3 Annual Subscriptions

Eligible if:

Request within 14 days
Usage ≤ 15%

9.4 Renewals

Refunds only if:

Requested within 48 hours
No significant usage

9.5 Non-Refundable Cases

No refunds if:

Service was actively used
Core value was received
Terms were violated
Change of mind after usage

9.6 Abuse

Refunds may be denied in cases of:

Policy abuse
Multiple refund attempts
Exploitation

9.7 Exceptions

We may issue refunds or credits at our discretion.

9.8 Chargebacks

You must contact support before initiating a chargeback.

Chargebacks may result in:
